Batch: Passing out in 2013.
Streams Eligibile: B.Tech(CSE/IT/ECE/ME/CE) , MCA MBA(IT/Finance/Marketing) & BBA
Designation: IT Recruiters Business Development Manager
Job Profile: will be discussed in PPT
Eligibility: Student having one reappear is allowed
Job Location: Noida
Salary Package: Rs 1.68 lacs p.a plus Incentives plus Free Meal plus Medical Insurance  and 3 months appraisal policy that is after every 3 months you will be getting an appraisal of min. 30%  Rs 1.92 lacs p.a plus Incentives plus Free Meal plus Medical  Insurance 3 months appraisal policy that is after every 3 months you will be getting an appraisal of min. 30%

1 ) JOB DESCRIPTION-  for B tech / MCA

IT Recruiter (US Staffing)
Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner Search resumes in various available Job Portals Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval. Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position. Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant. Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.

* It’s a five days working profile.
* Shift timing is 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
* Cab is available only for girls and only in Noida.

 2) Job Description for MBA / BBA

Business Development Manager (US Staffing)
1. Build up the relationship with existing clients.
2. Make compelling proposal in response to incoming enquiries.
3. Conduct interactive demos through web and other available resources.
4. To acquire new business in USA in IT staffing.
5. Negotiate commercial, agreement terms and seal the deal.
6. Proactively and strategically initiate contact with discovered potentials.
7. To work in close co-ordination with sales and recruitment team.
8. Responsible for the development and account management of new business with in US market.

Competencies Required:

Student should have good communication and convincing skills Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure Excellent negotiation skills.
