●The Total Annual Earnings would be (Depending on Job profile selected for) INR 2,66,736 LPA – INR 4,04,520 LPA + Shift allowances + Bonus.
●In addition, the employee will be eligible for Gratuity as per Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
●There would be income tax deduction from the Total Earnings and Benefits, as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and a contribution of Rs. 10 as per Punjab Labor Welfare Fund Act, 1965 prevailing from time to time
● There will also be a deduction of the employee contribution to the Provident Fund
● The Employee and his/her family will be covered under a Group medical insurance cover of INR 300,000 per annum and Term life insurance covering upto 36 times of monthly gross salary.
●Shift Allowance is only applicable for the below mentioned shifts:
-10 am to 7 pm (Day Shift) - (Nil)
-2 pm to 11pm (Evening Shift) - (INR 2,750 per month)
-8 pm to 5 am (Night Shift) - (INR 5,500 per month)
●You will be eligible to participate in the 2017 S&P Global Incentive Plan. Actual payment under the Plan, if any, will be based on the degree of achievement of the established company and/or division objective(s) and your individual performance and contribution. Your payment for the performance year will be pro-rated based on the number of days you have been employed with the company. Awards may be less than the communicated target and subject to your manager’s assessment of your performance. Please note that target opportunities and eligibility are not commitments to pay any award as all payments under the plan are discretionary. To receive a payment, you must be an employee in good standing and be employed by S&P Global, or any of its business units, on the Plan payout date.
