* Job roles involve support of products on Windows Server, UNIX, Mainframe, Share Point, and Active Directory.
* Good knowledge in Installation of hardware & Software.
* Work on Client Servers like Windows, Linux, UNIX

* Ability to troubleshoot common PC issues (Optional)
